Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TillyRoute, operated by TillyCall Ltd (company no. 17402622), registered office 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

TillyRoute lets a trade business notify its customers when an engineer is en route, showing an estimated arrival time, a map and the engineer's photo and ID badge. Estimated arrival times are approximate and provided for convenience only.

Your responsibilities

• You must have a lawful basis and any necessary consent to text the customers whose numbers you enter, and to display your engineers' details.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for how you use the service.
• You must not use the service to send unsolicited marketing or unlawful messages.

Billing

TillyRoute is offered on a subscription of £19 per month following a free trial. Fees are billed via Stripe, are payable in advance, and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Message delivery depends on third-party carriers and networks outside our control.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms or the service, and may suspend or terminate accounts that breach them. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app.
